Scheduling
I know schedules can be hectic with extracurricular activities (and in my case elementary-aged kids!), so I focus my tutoring hours from 7:45AM to 2:15PM (Monday-Friday) and 7:30-10:30 PM (Sunday-Thursday), CST. If those slots do not work for your schedule, please let me know, and we may be able to find an alternative time.
If something changes and you need to switch or cancel a session, no problem! I am happy to accommodate any and all changes with 48-hours’ notice.
Location: In-Person & Virtual Options
I am located in Edina, MN near Southdale Mall.
While most students come to tutoring sessions in-person, I work with many students who choose to meet virtually. Virtual sessions work particularly well for students who have busy schedules or who are out-of-state/out of country. Virtual sessions are also a great option for students who have free periods during the school day, but cannot leave campus.
I use FaceTime, Google Meet, Skype, and/or Zoom during virtual sessions, depending on student preference. I have a high-resolution camera that is set up in front of a 4ft x 8ft white board so that students and I can work through problems as if we were in the same space. Sometimes multiple modalities are used for screen-sharing when students’ assignments are through an online platform.
